I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Sol-Ha. The location couldn't be better, with numerous bars, restaurants, and shops just a short walk away. The room I stayed in was comfortable and well-maintained. The highlight for me was the lovely rooftop terrace, perfect for enjoying the sunshine and relaxing with a drink. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a great stay in Tulum.

The Easter holidays at the hotel were a blast! We were greeted with stunning and comfortable rooms, complete with AC and refrigerators ready for use. the location was perfect, with lots of restaurants and shops just a short walking distance away. the fact that we had access to a rooftop terrace with hammocks and sunbeds was a big plus, the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the sunset. the welcome gift and the complimentary breakfast were a great touch.

Cleanliness was a major issue. the bathroom sink was not cleaned, and there were hair and toothpaste left behind.

This hotel had everything we needed! The spacious room was clean and well-designed, complete with a comfortable bed, kitchenette , and bathroom amenities. We appreciated the cold AC after a long day of exploring this city's hot weather. Plus, the rooftop terrace with sunbeds was perfect for relaxing and enjoying stunning views. The hotel's location can't be beat! It is just a short walk from all the bars, restaurants, and shops.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was great, situated on a quiet street but still close to the center. The room had everything I needed, including a mini kitchenette and a big fridge. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The air conditioning worked well, ensuring I had a good night's sleep. The rooftop was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the privacy.

For us it was ideal.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a popular bus terminal and some great restaurants. the rooms have spacious beds and some even feature neat little kitchenettes. the staff is friendly and helpful, using translators and doing their best to accommodate requests.

The hotel has a strange smell that isn't very pleasant in some of the bedrooms.

Spent New Year's Eve at this quaint hotel and it was amazing! The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was super comfortable. Loved that there was a mini-fridge and air conditioning, which made our stay even better. The location was perfect, right in the center of town with great restaurants and shops nearby. Plus, the staff were friendly and helpful.

There were a couple of downsides. The walls were thin, so we could hear the noise from neighboring rooms.
